The Bureau 510 is a modern American food restaurant known for innovative menu and fresh ingredients. This place certainly knows how to use name the food in an interesting way. B-B-B? It is a burger with bacon and butter. No.27? A burger with a sauce called No. 27 (which I haven’t tried but please help me figure out).
MX and I paid a visit on a Saturday afternoon when most already finished their lunches. It was chilly so I ordered a Carrot N’ Ginger soup to warm my body up. I also ordered K-Pork and MX chose Salisbury.
The K-Pork was one of the restaurant’s signature dish. Kimchi, Korean pork, cilantro and rice bun surely give you a full bite of Korea flavor. To my taste, the dish is a little bit too overwhelming since it doesn’t have any green vegetables to go with such strong flavors. I had to give MX half of my burger since I couldn’t finish it.
The Salisbury burger, is filled with mushroom gravy, caramelized onion, dried tomato, butter lettuce, jack cheese, on ACME sesame bun. It is “mouth-watering but a little bit salty”, described by MX.
We went to Starbucks after the having the burgers – being close to Starbucks may be another bonus point.
