I love all types of cafes. I believe every cafe is a story teller via the coffee, decoration, lighting and environment. Sculpting in Time Cafe (SIT CAFE) originated in Beijing, China in 1997, and was created by two cinema major graduates. Today, it has became a recognized brand in cultural creative industry. The business has been expanded from coffee to public relations, movies, speech series and barista school.
The most iconic decoration of SIT Cafe is the walls of movie posters, and movie is the definition of sculpting in time. You can also pick many magazines and books to read in the store. Though Starbucks is gaining extremely popular in China, SIT Cafe is still a favorite for many college students and business people.
The time I went to SIT Cafe was an early morning in May, and I ordered a pot of rose milk tea and a matcha mousse cake.
